You have the choice to set up Rent with the following three options:
* First, set up autopay with Bank (ePay is Free). Just provide your checking or savings account, pick first of the month to pay Rent and you are all set. Most of our tenants use this feature.
** Second, you can pay by Credit or Debit Card (2.75 % Fees).
*** Third, use Bill pay feature to pay cash at 7-11 or CVS or Ace cash express stores. There is $3.99 fee per transaction.
